Welcome to www.signatureservicescc.com (the “Site”), operated by Signature Services CC (“Signature Services,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Site and services. By using our Site, submitting a form, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Services Provided

Signature Services CC provides move coordination, packing, concierge, and related support services. Our role may include organizing logistics, recommending or coordinating third-party vendors, and overseeing service delivery as agreed upon during consultation.

All services are subject to availability and may require a written agreement, estimate, or invoice before commencement.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

  • Quotes & Estimates: Any pricing provided is based on the information you share and may be subject to adjustment if project scope changes.

  • Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure services. Deposits are applied toward your total balance.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due prior to service completion, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement or invoice.

  • Late Payments: Late or missed payments may result in additional fees or suspension of service.

By submitting payment, you agree to the terms and scope outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations: Clients must notify us at least 48 hours prior to service start to cancel or reschedule.

  • Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once planning or coordination work has begun.

  • Reschedules: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate reschedule requests based on availability.

Refunds or credits are issued at our discretion, based on the level of work completed, vendor commitments, and time reserved.

4. Use of Third-Party Vendors

We may recommend or coordinate with trusted third-party providers (such as movers, cleaners, organizers, contractors, or other specialists) as part of your project.

  • Signature Services CC is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or liabilities of third-party providers.

  • All third-party providers operate under their own licenses, insurance, and terms of service.

  • Specific terms of service are outlined in each agreement and are dependent on the level of service selected.

  • Any additional responsibilities or coordination details will be clearly defined within your service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding your project

  • Be present or designate a decision-maker at service locations

  • Ensure safe and accessible working conditions

  • Review and approve service scope in writing

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in delays or additional costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Signature Services CC is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Damages arising from third-party actions or negligence

  • Losses due to inaccurate information provided by the client

  • Unforeseen delays due to weather, traffic, or other external factors

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, logos, graphics, and materials—is the property of Signature Services CC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written consent.

8. Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Site

  • Use automated tools to extract data

  • Post or transmit false, misleading, or harmful content

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

Specific terms, conditions, and deliverables may vary by service level. Each agreement will outline the exact scope, pricing, vendor involvement, and responsibilities based on your chosen package.

14. Refunds, Service Issues, and Dispute Resolution

We strive to ensure every client experience meets expectations. If you encounter any issues with your service:

  • Service Concerns: Notify us in writing at signatureservicescc@gmail.com within 3 business days of service completion, detailing your concern.

  • Resolution Process: We will review the matter, gather any necessary documentation, and propose a resolution, which may include additional service, a partial credit, or other remedies as appropriate.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case based on service scope, vendor involvement, and work completed.

  • Third-Party Vendors: All third-party vendors coordinated or referred by Signature Services CC are independently insured and licensed. Any disputes related to services performed by third-party providers must be addressed directly with that provider. We may assist in facilitating communication but are not liable for third-party performance.

Our goal is to resolve concerns fairly and efficiently to maintain a positive client experience.
